Job beskrivelse:
For one of their several offices here in Barcelona they want dynamic and skilled people to join their team. Being part of the Customer Service team, your mission as a B2B Customer Service Representative will be:
- Helping your clients: Danish restaurant owners and restaurant managers.
- Managing their needs and offering them solutions and guidance
- Managing questions and incidents by phone and e-mail
- Giving technical support for the reservation software and provide your best service to solve software-related incidents
- Making the required changes for the content on the website
Requirements
Hard skills required:
- Native level of Danish
- Working knowledge of Spanish and some English would be a plus
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (experience in the restaurant sector or similar areas would be a plus)
- Some technological knowledge and experience in a technical support environment will be considered a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Soft skills required:
- You are a good team player, but at the same time able to manage a high volume of work
- Result-oriented
- You are organized and a dynamic person with good communication skills
- You are empathic and able to deliver solutions based on the client�s needs
- Disciplined, energetic and ambitious
